1. International culture – E.g K&S (Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck) or Managing Culturally Diverse Team or Global Team or Strategy or Expatriate Selection (PAIS)
2. Ethics  – Theological or/and Deontological or/and Cultural Theories. (write on all three, however, choose 1 to write in detail relating to the case)
3. Value-based consideration – Balanced Scorecard or Six Sigma or MBO or 3 steps (Appraising, Adopting, Reinforcing) or MC=P*V*D

Case study
