Question 1

Pick an industry where multiple disruptions have occurred (digital or otherwise) over the past century, and use course concepts to describe at least TWO (2) of these disruptions. In each case, appraise which technologies have disrupted the older technologies and the interplay between them.

Question 2

Pick a company you are familiar with in the industry described in question 1, and using course concepts discuss the company’s course of action during one of the disruptions. Please note that the company may be a disruptor, or disrupted, or have elements of both – what is important is that you describe how the disruption manifested within the company: What did the company do, how did its products/services change, what was the end result, etc. Use at least THREE (3) course concepts/frameworks to evaluate the effect on the company and the company’s actions.

Question 3

Design a strategy for the company that will enable it to succeed given the digital disruption it is facing. Use at least TWO (2) course concepts.
