This project requires you to construct a scientific essay to analyse your own well-being by applying what you have learned from positive psychology. Your essay should address the following criteria:

1. Appraise your own well-being levels with reference to theories and evidence from positive psychology. Analyse and identify the factors in your own life that either contribute to or detract from your well-being.

2. Demonstrate your knowledge of the Sustainable Happiness Model by applying it to evaluate what factors influencing your well-being might be outside of your control and personal choice. Your essay should minimally include a discussion of cultural factors as well as personality. Other relevant  points outside of these two topics should be included as well.
