Overcoming biases requires to you reflect on how you can, challenge and correct bias to improve your diversity competence and apply lessons learned in class.

In this reflection activity, you will be graded on the depth of your reflection and learning. Note that merely stating and repeating the lessons learned in class is not sufficient. You would need to apply it to your own lives and special context.
