Identify a skill that you or a family member has picked up in recent years (e.g., learning a musical instrument, language, sport, coding, etc).
(a) Briefly discuss what the skill involved and the learning process.

(b) Pick a journal article with concepts relevant to SU3–4 and summarise the key ideas. Apply relevant concepts from SU3–4 and the journal to show what challenges you or the family member faced when learning this new skill, how the challenges were overcome, what the motivation was and how the learning process can be improved.
