The residents presented a petition to the management council to follow up with the developer on the following FOUR (4) defects:
• Spalled concrete soffit at the kitchen areas
• Efflorescence on the bathroom homogenous wall tiles
• Lippages on the living floor porcelain tiles
• Warped timber floor strips in the bedroom
