• State and discuss THREE (3) functions and performances expected from this
  development in terms of architecture, structure, and sustainability aspects.
• Identify FIVE (5) technical department/authority which is required for building plan approval and describe their roles in the approval.
• Identify, state, and describe FIVE (5) information, parameters, and activities that need to be included in the site analysis in order to optimize the design and construction approach.
• Identify, describe, and discuss the potential loading types which will need to be considered in the design of this type of structure.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the geotechnical aspect by proposing a type of foundation suitable for this type of building. The following items should be included in the proposal:

i. Description of the foundation system with sketches
ii. Explain the reason for such a system selected
iii. The potential challenges

• Identify the structural elements that are required in this type of building and describe the functions of each of these elements. There should be sketches of the typical sections of these structural elements showing all the reinforcement details with labeling.
