Objective

The objective of this assignment is to let students set up a company network based on Best Practices requirements and the budget stated.

Requirement for Discussion and Presentation

Students are required to

1. Study in careful details the network layout of the company
2. Study the description, cost limitation and requirement given and narrow down the design considerations
3. Work out the proposal of a solution including but not limited to: 
   • The proposed network layout with proper network segmentation and IP address assignment
   • The brand, model and approximate costing of the extra equipment and security mechanisms purchased (excluding extra cabling charges, consultancy fee, maintenance fee or installation fee)
   • Reason for choice of network topology and components
   • Create a Window 10 VM image with the necessary software setup and Power Shell script written
   • Propose a company IT Security Policy accordance to the proposed computer and network setup.
