Question 1
Write a proposal no more than 2000 words, for a corporate hospitality event within FHA Food & Beverage 2022 in March. You are required to consider the following points in your proposal:
(a) Demonstrate and justify the motivations for having a corporate hospitality event. Show evidence to convince the management that this would be beneficial to FHA Food & Beverage.
(b) Propose and implement a creative concept for a corporate hospitality event relevant to FHA Food & Beverage 2022. Ensure to include the points mentioned in section 2.6 of SU4 – Objectives, Guests, and Hosts. Provide supporting evidence to ensure the proposal is persuasive and able to convince management to adopt the concept in March.
(c) There can be ethical issues in business events. Based on the reading material, analyze and demonstrate if this proposed event should arrange for gifts. Provide adequate evidence, justification, and explanation of the choice to provide or not to provide hospitality gifts.
