The company is ambitious to increase sales in the local market and potentially expand to the region. Your design team has to listen to the voice of your customers. Use the House of Quality concept to guide your ideas.

Describe the product or service you have selected. Discuss how you would come up with the design for this product or service.

Identify the technical features and customer requirement priorities of the House of Quality matrix and determine the relationship matrix between them. State your assumptions made.
