As an experienced Organizational Change and HRM Consultant, you have recently been employed by an organization of your choice. In this role, you have been asked to review the organization’s people management in relation to the organization’s structure, culture, recruitment, selection, and retention. You need to prepare a report for your first meeting with the company’s senior leadership team to address any problems and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Provide an overview of your chosen organization.
• Evaluate the company’s formal structure and recommend changes that will address any structural deficiencies.
• Assess organizational culture and recommend changes
• Develop a business case for introducing, maintaining, or enhancing recruitment, selection, and retention that suit the organization’s current needs and strategic plans.
