Criminal Procedure(Charges)

You should construct a title based on the topic you have above eg. if your
topic is on ‘Charges, you may choose to narrow the scope of the topic to a specific area of the law and procedure adopted by the police, court, and/or other relevant authorities. This will also include the powers given under statute. The idea is to research, examine and critically discuss the current law and procedure and to suggest your ideas for reform.

Your written project should be typed in double-spaced format. The project
should be at least 1500 words long. However, there is no word limit. You should
not be unduly worried about the length of your written work. You will not be
assessed based on the breadth of your coverage but on the depth of your
analysis.
