In 2010, six siblings – Al, Brad, Chad, Dan, Ed, and Fred purchased twelve hectares of land in Lentor Road as joint tenants. Each built a house on the twelve hectares of land. The land is subdivided into 6 lots.

Four years later, Fred and his sibling Ed who is also his adjoining neighbor agreed to let Fred park his vintage car at Ed’s garage. Fred subsequently married an Estonian woman Gal.

Both Fred and Gal have a daughter Kim. Kim continued to park her father’s vintage car in Ed’s garage. Fred transferred his interests to Gal.

In early 2016, Ed died, devising in his will all of his property to his only child, Henry. Henry erected a wall that prevented access to his house. The wall prevented Kim from parking her father’s vintage car in Ed’s garage.

End of 2016, Dan, Fred, and Gal died, Kim inheriting all of Fred’s property. Kim warned her cousin that he has no right to erect the wall and demanded the wall be removed.

Prior to his death, Dan conveyed his interest to Inca.
