(a) Read Responding to COVID-19 With Tech Classify and analyse the various types of innovations that are discussed in the article by reference to copyrights, patents and trademarks (for the avoidance of doubt, regardless of whether any government agency has, in fact, sought such IP protection).

Justify with reasons your views as to which of these arguments are more convincing, and assess whether the IP waiver will in fact achieve practical benefits of providing more universal access to Covid-19 vaccines.
