Write a report of your work to the Chief Executive Officer to present your plan for introducing or improving information systems that will create competitive advantages for the selected organization.

The students could assume the role of a team of consultants engaged by the organization in submitting the report. The students as a group need to clearly communicate to convince the CEO to adopt the plan in their report.

The report shall comprise research, analysis, and concept application presented with the following attributes: Competitive advantage of the organization.

– RESEARCH Business process and a graphical diagram of the process.

– RESEARCH Business Information System – a proposed system design that includes relevant databases to enhance the organization’s competitive advantage and business process.

– ANALYSIS The report should also have a good balance of pertinent diagrams charts and tables wherever relevant to make it look professional and reading interesting.
