1. Identify a social issue of concern that Singapore is currently facing and its impact on Singapore.

2. Describe how the issue had evolved from post-independence (the 1960s to the 1980s) until today.

3. Demonstrate how the different stakeholders in the Many Helping Hands approach had responded to the issue.

4. In particular, highlight two policies and two services developed and discuss how they serve to address the issue.

5. Analyze using appropriate literature to discuss these policies and service effectiveness, adequacy, accessibility and equity in meeting the various areas of needs faced by the population facing this issue.
