Using an organization of your choice, you are required to write a report which you have researched and identified the stakeholders that the organization might have to deal with. Using researched examples, your report and presentation should cover the following:

• Identify the structure of the organization and discuss the structural implications their approach has. (Think in terms of the six organizational design elements.)
• How the organization and THREE identified stakeholders can influence one another.
• How the organization motivates their employees with reference to at least one theory learnt.
