Over the span of three months, there had been a series of sexual assaults on female joggers in different parks of Singapore. These assaults mainly occurred at night, in dark quiet spot of the parks. The victims described their attackers as a medium size, fair skinned man who wore hoodies, and with a strong smell of alcohol.
