Assignment Details
For this coursework, students are required to select one company from the list below and conduct a critical analysis of the organisational behaviour (OB) practices within the selected company.
The case study will involve a comprehensive examination of the company’s approach to individual behaviour, group dynamics, leadership, organisational structure, and change initiatives. The report will be divided into three main topics addressing individual, group, and organisational behaviour.

Write a report to be presented to the board of directors responsible for the company’s organisational strategy, discussing topics that address today’s Organisational Behaviour concerns and challenges. Your report should be based upon your research and supported experience containing the following key themes:
Individual Behaviour
- Discuss the effect and impact of how individuals/employees are treated in the organisation with a focus on employee well-being, equality, diversity and inclusivity, motivation, and engagement.
- Critically apply respective key organizational behaviour theories to frame your analysis of how the selected company manages employee wellbeing, motivation, diversity, and inclusion. Consider initiatives like gender parity, racial diversity, inclusivity in leadership, and any programmes that focus on underrepresented groups.
- Investigate how the company aligns employee goals with organisational objectives.

- Examine the company’s approach to ethics and corporate social responsibility. Highlight any initiatives focused on sustainability, social impact, or responsible governance.
Organisational Structure and Change
- Discuss the effect and impact of how organisational design and recent change initiatives influence individual and group behaviour.
- Identify and evaluate a recent change initiative in the company. This could involve structural changes, technological changes, or other developmental shifts within the organisation.
- Discuss the impact of these changes on individual and group behaviour. How the organisation manage resistance to change and what were the outcomes of the change initiative.
- Critically analyse how the company’s organisational design has evolved to meet the changing demands of the external environment (e.g., technological advancements, globalisation, market dynamics).

- Word count: 4000 with variation of + or – 10% allowed. Word count exclude references, appendix and cover page
- Should include an executive summary (maximum of one page) and appendices (not more than 4 pages).
- Appendices must only be used to reinforce your arguments.
