Critically evaluate the issues involved in relation to the effective Logistical movement of products. Consider how the Covid-19 Pandemic has changed the Logistical approach here. Provide three examples from the academic literature to underpin your arguments. Consider the wider network here and the utilization of a HUB and Spoke Network.

Question 2 

Critically evaluate the Supply Network Design of a product of your choice.You MUST provide THREE examples from the academic literature to underpin your arguments with consideration and impact on inventory and control.

Question 3

Choose a case study, to critically review how information and other technology is used in a Distribution or Fulfilment Centre in 2020. Consider how this assists the Logistical and Operational flow of products as they move through the network.

Question 4

Critically discuss modern methods of inventory management in an operational environment AND critically evaluate these terms with more traditional models such as re-order point and EOQ.
