Section A: Requirements 

Background Information:
The town council of Heliopolis wants to promote community spirit among residents. A survey with residents found that (i) getting to know fellow residents, (ii) organising events and indicating interest in participating in an event, and (iii) having a virtual marketplace to give away unneeded items and to browse available items, were most desirable.

The town council wants to develop a smartphone app for residents and the first version of the app will enable residents to do these three things. You are to lead the user centred design of the smartphone app.

Question 1
Describe SIX (6) product requirements (functional, data, environmental, user characteristics, usability, and user experience) for the app.

Question 2
Create ONE (1) persona for the app to illustrate the data gathering technique.

Question 3
Create ONE (1) scenario for the persona you created in Question 2 to demonstrate the technique. The scenario should be based on ONE (1) of the following: (i) getting to know fellow residents, (ii) organising events and indicating interest in participating in an event, or (iii) having a virtual marketplace to give away unneeded items and to browse available items.

Create ONE (1) user journey map based on the persona and scenario you created in Questions 2 and 3 to demonstrate requirements analysis
