Develop a role-play scenario assessment tool where candidates engage with a simulated customer for use by the Hiring Manager during the selection process. The objective of the role-play scenario is to assess candidates’ ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and effectively close a sale.

You are asked to illustrate the concepts of criterion, content and construct validity on Generative A.I. applications as selection tools and make recommendations
to strengthen its application

To minimize over-reliance on A.I or ChatGPT, the Head of Retail Sales asked for a set of guidelines accompanied by elaboration to help her hiring managers in assessing the candidate. Develop four (4) guidelines to incorporate human involvement in assessing candidate’s suitability for the job.
