(a) Prepare an indoor air quality audit specification for an invitation to quote (ITQ) from accredited laboratories. Discuss the specific components to be included such as (i) the IAQ parameters, (ii) the number of sampling points, and (iii) the height of the sampling point.

(b) Justify the choice and number of sampling locations and the height of the sampling point specified in the ITQ.

Question 2

Table Q2 shows the results of the measurements of total bacteria count, Formaldehyde and PM2.5 on the 9th Floor of your facility on a weekday. Separate psychrometric measurements have found that indoor air temperature and humidity are within acceptable ASHRAE limits.

(a) Examine and summarize the key findings in Table Q2.

(b) Give your observations and suggested recommendations to the building owner.
