The reflection essay question is:

Reflect on your own leadership experiences in your life thus far. This could be leadership experiences within your school life, personal life, social life or work life. Analyze your experiences in light of leadership concepts we have covered in class. Reflect on how you can become a better leader in the future.

In your reflection essay, be sure to do the following:

  1. 1)  Design a strategy to enhance leadership performance
  2. 2)  Evaluate the self and plan personal strategies to increase one’s leadership capacities

Please read “Guide to Writing Reflective Essays” for more information on how to do well in this reflective essay assignment.

In this reflection activity, you will be graded on the depth of your reflection and learning. Note that merely stating and repeating the lessons learned in class is not sufficient. You would need to apply it to your own lives and special context.
