This assessment requires you to design a report and training plan using a topic of your choice, The 2000-word report should include the following:

• The rationale for the training
• Aim and objective of the report in relation to training

Main Body of Report

1. Discuss the learning cycle and different styles of learning.
2. Identify the different barriers to learning and how these can impact the working environment.
3. Evaluate different training methods that can be used for different learners.
4. Critically analyze different training techniques in the workplace, including the 4Ps and evaluate its practical use in the hospitality sector.
5. A detailed plan for delivering a training session of your choice: It should follow the “4 P’s” model of prepare, present, practice and put to work. You can use some of the ideas below to design your training plan.
6. Design a feedback sheet that evaluates a training session in the hospitality sector.
7. Provide an evaluation of how training benefits employees and employers.
