a) Firstly, apply the elements of brainstorming to get suggestions from five Singaporeans on what additional information to include in the app. Create the suggestion/feedback form. b) With the additional elements from your five respondents in section a), create a presentation (bullet points) to your client to include this new information in the Heritage Hawker app. Identify the USP of this app and create a tagline for the app. Word limit is  150 words.  (15 marks)
c) Before the launch of the Heritage Hawker app on digital platforms, the product will be reviewed by a digital journalist, who will write a review of the product. Take on the role of the digital journalist and do the following: choose a name for the digital publication and write a review. In your review, write a Headline and identify the angle/hook of the review. Word limit is 100 words.  (20 marks)
d) Before the launch of the Heritage Hawker app, your team is tasked to create both the online and print advertisements for the app. Discuss the advantages of online versus traditional communication. For this particular app, which type of communication will you use, and why? Word limit is 300 words.  (25 marks)
e) Your client will be giving a speech at the online launch of the Heritage Hawker app at a digital heritage festival. Formulate and draft a speech for your client. The speech should be informative, engaging and meaningful to the audience. The speech should have a strong introduction and impactful conclusion. Word limit is 300 words.  (25 marks)
