Your Task

Your task in this assignment is to create a concept map poster, drawing upon the ideas we have discussed in class, learning materials, and additional resource materials that you may find. Your map should clearly show how the first five topics covered this semester could be connected to one another. These five topics are as follows:

1. The role of managerial finance
2. Time value of money
3. Interest rates and bond valuation
4. Stock valuation
5. Risk and return

A concept map depicts proposed or suggested relationships among concepts, graphically organize, and structure knowledge.

Your concept map may include the following:

• learning objectives nodes
• appropriate connectors
• images
• labels for each connector
• phrases
• infographics
• terms
• pictures

Your concept map poster should be organized such that it presents the concepts and reveal relationships of concepts to enable your audience to see how the ideas are connected.

Required Tools

You are to use computer-aided software to draw the concept map. For example, you may use an application named “Lucidchart” within Microsoft Teams to draw the concept map.
