A department store has asked you to write a C programme that will help them check if their customers have exceeded their credit limit on their charge account. The programme should have the following features:

Prompt the user for an account number (4 digits).
Prompt the user for the account credit limit.
Prompt for the last 10 transactions’ value.
Display the highest transaction value.
Display the average transaction value.
Display the total transactions value and if it exceeds the credit limit, display the message “The account number: 9999 has been suspended”.

Instructions:
1. Produce the pseudocode for your design.
2. Write a fully annotated C programme with the stated features.
3. Each of the features must be implemented using an appropriate C function.
4. Produce test cases for each function that you have developed.
