The client has requested that you take advantage of the best orientation which represents a particularly attractive view of the shores of the Atlantic ocean.

The elevated building site is occasionally stricken characterized by winds that blow southwesterly during summer months and northeasterly during the cooler months of the year.

1. Produce a sketch showing how you will plot the shadow.

2. Diagnose and subscribe to all the possible environmental problems (if any) that should arise the building be given a pronounced north-south orientation for this region. What solutions would you tender to satisfy the wishes of the client?
