You are required to develop ‘a business plan’ for an entrepreneurial idea that you have, either in Singapore or abroad. The idea may be a completely new business idea OR an enhancement/ extension to an existing business. Please use the following business plan outline when developing your business plan and ensure that you explain and justify your claims with proper research and analysis.

In developing your business plan, it is important to always consider where your proposed venture sits within its existing industry and how it will relate to other players in the market including suppliers, competitors and customers.
