You are a junior quantity surveyor employed by Bridge Consultants Limited. The bridge is a quantity surveying consultant in Brisbane. Your client, INPEX is a multi-national company that is planning to expand its business in Australia and has bought a small piece of land in North Brisbane. INPEX intends to build a new medium standard standalone dwelling for the future Managing Director.

Task:

Your boss has requested you to produce an Early Indication of the Cost report and an elemental cost plan for this project. However, since the project is at its early stages of design, only a basic set of drawings are available with minimal details.
