You will read an article titled Can IoT overcome the biggest challenge in health care? (Wagner, 2018).

In an essay of 700-750 words, respond to the article by analyzing and discussing the way the writer argued and presented the topic (refer to Paul Elder critical thinking framework). Your response will be marked for depth of discussion and effectiveness of writing.
