Ariana accumulated a large wealth during her lifetime but has unfortunately passed away.
Her will makes the following dispositions:

• To Barry, I leave all of my shares in MTV in the hopes that he will do what is right. He must use this to benefit my two children Cardy and Nikki as he sees fit. In the meantime, he may use any of the income which is accumulated to benefit any of my good friends in the music industry.
• To Jay, I leave my favorite trophy from my collection. He should sell this and distribute the profits in equal shares between my 5 biggest fans in the UK. If there is any confusion as to who are my biggest fans, my secretary Beyonce will provide a list.
• And, Ed, I leave my residuary estate to be used to provide care for my pig, Piggy Smallz. With reference to the Three Certainties and Non-Charitable Purpose Trusts, advise the parties as to the validity of these dispositions.
