Nathan, a primary 5 student with a known diagnosis of borderline intellectual disability and Dyslexia in a mainstream educational setting has been diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder. As his SEN officer, you have been providing support to him in school. He has also been seen at a specialist clinic.

• Create a treatment plan for Nathan within the school setting. Describe your selected intervention approach and target intervention goals.
