Each student is to research and submit a written assignment report of the following accident involving aircraft VH-NGA and the circumstances associated with the collision with terrain accident reported by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) in its Aviation Occurrence Investigation, AO-2009 (reopened) Final dated 23 November 2017.
