Please read the following scenario and design a one-page A4 informational poster on mental health and well-being:

You are the project manager of a small, motivated, and close-knit team working in a fast-paced consulting company. Last month, your team took on a big project with a highly demanding client. Your team members have been working long hours and are tasked to meet tight deadlines. Some of your colleagues have shared that they feel down and exhausted in recent weeks. You have also noticed that fewer people are keen on going for team lunches together. Others have described feeling fearful about failing to meet the client’s high expectations.

As the project manager of the team, you are concerned about the mental health of your fellow colleagues. Since they are busy and unlikely to read a lengthy report, you would like to display a succinct one-page A4 informational poster in the office on mental health issues in stressful work situations.
In the poster, you must address the following:

1.Identify possible common mental health conditions that you would like your team to be aware of.
2.Describe factors in your team’s situation that positively or negatively influence their mental health.
