Assignment Overview:

In the midst of Singapore’s circuit breaker, Minister for Trade and Industry Chan Chun Sing announced that working from home would be the norm for most of Singapore’s workforce even after the circuit breaker ended. While such measures are necessary, many employers are worried that employee productivity will fall.

Employers are concerned that working from home may create tempting opportunities to kick back, relax, and shirk responsibilities. Minister Chan is aware of these concerns and has tasked you (a director at Workforce Singapore) to come up with social influence strategies to solve the problem.

Apply theories of conformity to develop social influence strategies that can promote work-from-home effectiveness in teams.

Apart from doing this research, remember to use your own words in your essay to demonstrate understanding of the subject matter and to avoid plagiarism.
