Coursework Details
The automotive manufacturing company that you are managing has been trading for the last three years (3 rounds). The board of directors (BOD) would like you to present the results and the achievement for the last three years to them prior to the annual general meeting (AGM). In addition, the board is eager to know the goals for the final three years (rounds) and the plan to achieve them. The team’s presentation should be supported with PowerPoint slides submitted through Turnitin together with the Team’ Work Plan by 2200 hours XX of Dec 2024.
Content
The Mid Project Review Presentation is an opportunity to present the team performance over the first three years of trading. The performance overview should include both quantitative and qualitative results. The corporate strategy together with the operations, marketing and financial strategies should be core elements of your presentation. After the key figures from the financial statements and the key financial indicators, please conclude your presentation with the goals for the next three years and your plan to achieve that.
It is essential that the presentation include the theoretical underpinnings used to make the decisions and analyse the performance. You may consider using the structure below to help you create an informative and insightful presentation.

Coursework Details
The end of project report is to allow for the assessment of progress towards the module learning
outcomes by reviewing the process of decision-making areas employed during the simulation rounds
(years). The report should provide evidence of your development throughout the simulation module.
To achieve the learning objectives of the module, the report should address and demonstrate among
other things the following:
- The potential for leadership within an organisation and the team.
- Ability to work independently.
- The ability to effectively set operational, financial, marketing strategy and objectives that derive from it.
- The ability to analyse valid and reliable business environmental driver to draw sound business conclusions.
Content:
A critical appraisal report covering the last three rounds (years) of the simulation. It is an individual appraisal and reflection of areas of responsibility. The main body of the report should cover the corporate strategy, the operations management, marketing and financial strategies, and the financial
analysis of the performance of your entity. (3,000-word limit) The individual reflective diary should reflect on personal development throughout the simulation (1,000-word limit).
