7. Explain TWO advantages that are associated with your chosen departmentalization approach.
8. Identify and describe any TWO leading skills that you would like your managers to possess to grow the business.  Explain your answers with relevant examples from your business.
9. Identify and describe THREE control methods (timing controls) that you would use to monitor work performance.  Give ONE example for EACH timing control.
10. Identify and describe ONE quality dimension to be incorporated in your business.  Give ONE example for your quality dimension.
11. In the light of COVID19 situation in Singapore, identify and describe ONE area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that you would consider implementing.  Explain how your CSR example would improve the welfare of society.
