The mental health factors can be influenced by biological psychological and environmental issues With exposure to such advanced digital technology. young people are constantly flooded with excessive information which may be detrimental to their mental health.

Mental health problems can all eat their daily activities and the relationship between people. This research is to review mental health problems among young people due to their exposure to digital technology. Therefore, I Ad make use of qualitative research to analyze my findings and figure the correlation between digital technology and the merest health of people today

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY USAGE

Teens who thought the effects were positive sad that social media heaped then, communicate with friends, get facts and find eke-minded people Those who believed the results were negative stated that social media increases the nsk of bullying, neglecting face-to-face interactions and forming false views of other peoples lives

METHODOLOGY
