Interview THREE (3) working adults and critique if their happiness at work is influenced by these four factors. Compare the results of your respondents and appraise what makes a person happy at work. Highlight the most important factor for each of the three working adults. Summarise your results in an Interview Findings Table (40 marks) and analyse your findings in a One-Page Report (20 marks). In your one-page report, please provide empirical evidence to support your claims.
