Details of the task: Group Presentation

The assignment requires you to work in a group of 5 students to prepare and present a 20-minutes PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate your understanding on project management in the company. Each group is to identify a case study project from a company and relate it with the concept and theories to address the following issues:

1. Briefly elaborate the organization background

2. Identify and explain the chosen project background (its content, cost, schedule)

3. Analyse the scale and scope of the chosen project

4. Identify the relevant resource conflicts and how the company ensures it meets the project costs and schedule objectives.

5. Evaluate the strategy in managing the resources, assets and the relevant stakeholder for the chosen project.

6. Evaluate the project management tools and methods adopted in this chosen project
