2. Investigate the similarities and differences between these business leaders in terms of their leadership types and traits. Assess how these characteristics have potentially influenced organisational culture, top-down communication, mutual trust, and employee motivation effectiveness.

3. Discuss the potential challenges associated with such leadership styles, particularly in the context of a dynamic business environment characterised by global VUCA forces. Apply leadership and management concepts to support your evaluation.

4. Develop a personal leadership aspiration strategy based on your work experiences and various insights gained from the appraisal of your selected business leaders.
