You are, however, completing the assessment alone.

This final assessment is a Client Report for the CEO and Board of Directors for your company. This report must have a discussion on the future of your company, and any changes necessary as the company grows. This discussion should include a discussion and justification of additional suppliers, change in suppliers, changes in local and global logistics, expansion or duplication of your factory, and strategies to combat foreseen and unforeseen (e.g., COVID-19) challenges.

A discussion on how to keep the company sustainable along the supply chain (socially, environmentally, economically) is also required. Requirements: Title page Contents page Executive Summary Discussion on the future direction of the company over the next 5 years. Includes, but is not limited to, new products, changes in the value chain, supply chain, local and global logistics, with linkages to theory.
