1. Discuss how container freight rates changed in 2020 and explain their most important determinants (i.e., two demand variables and two supply variables).

2. Based on task 1, analyze how shipping companies responded to the changed container freight rates.

3. Suppose that container freight rates will continue to change in a similar manner in the next few years. Analyze how this will affect the shipbuilding, sale and purchase, and demolition markets in an integrated way.
