The plan should include all essential details of the audit. Ensure that all components have been planned, and all portions covered and state any notes or requirements for the audit. Additionally, you must draft an email to appraise the client the audit plan, ensuring the date is cited.

Describe how you would prepare a comprehensive audit checklist for ISO 45001:2018 Clause 8 Operations. You are to ensure the following:

• The completed checklist instils confidence that the organisation complies with the specified clause.
• The types of evidence required to address each checklist item are identified.
• All relevant evidence forms are utilised to address the checklist items comprehensively.

As the lead auditor of the audit team, prepare the deliverables. The deliverables should include a set of PowerPoint slides, a detailed script, and a list of potential questions from the client to ensure they are fully prepared and engaged.

• Your presentation should clearly illustrate the audit objectives, scope, criteria, and methodology. Additionally, it should discuss the roles and responsibilities of the audit team and the client’s staff, as well as the audit schedule and key milestones. Emphasise the importance of client participation and openness during the audit process.
• Ensure the presentation is concise, jargon-free, and easily understandable by the client, regardless of their familiarity with ISO 45001:2018. This will help to foster a positive audit environment and encourage constructive dialogue. Lastly, examine any possible queries or concerns the client may have regarding the audit process and outcomes.
