The client could be a friend, classmate or family member, etc. It is recommended that the selected client require sufficient nutrition care to enable you to meet the case study’s criteria and not someone who is already following a diet plan

• Be with at least one underlying health condition, from the list below:

1. Diabetes
2. Hyperlipidemia
3. Hypertension
4. Cardiovascular diseases
5. Post-stroke
6. Overweight/obesity issue
7. Undernourishment

• Is a community-dwelling individual, i.e. not in a nursing home or hospitalized.
• May or may not be on long-term medications or oral supplements.
• You are able to contact/meet regularly, be it face-to-face or through online communication platforms.
