Part 2: Proposing talent management strategies

This part of the assignment aims to help you critically analyse your group’s decisionmaking process during the GBA project. Reflect on how decisions were made, and how communications and conflicts were managed. (5 marks) 300 words max

Part 4: Group Presentation in Class (25 marks)

In this part of the GBA, you will be required to present your rankings of priorities in class. You will be scheduled for week 9 or week 10 of the module HRM331.

You will be given 15 minutes (maximum 20 minutes) to present to the class the rankings your group have decided on. In your presentation, do zoom in on the top 3 areas you have identified and propose talent management strategies.
