If her performance continues, she can be promoted to Junior Agent, which also comes with a modest pay raise. Although Ashley still has certain struggles, she has made specific progress. This includes her devoted effort to study up about finance and investment strategies, making her a well-informed agent. She has also gained control of her nervousness, and now speaks to clients warmly and with a sincere tone in her voice. She also does not get defensive when questioned or rejected by clients. These are certainly behaviours expected of a good agent that she should continue to do more of.
