As the designated IAQ manager for your facility, you have received numerous complaints of poor indoor air quality. The facility is a 15-storey office building of rectangular floor plate with 400 m² per floor. Each floor is served by a central air-handling unit. It has the following amenities:

(a) Prepare an indoor air quality audit specification for an invitation to quote (ITQ) from accredited laboratories. Discuss the specific components to be included such as (i) the IAQ parameters, (ii) the number of sampling points, and (iii) the height of the sampling point.

Table Q2 shows the results of the measurements of total bacteria count, Formaldehyde and PM2.5 on the 9^th Floor of your facility on a weekday. Separate psychrometric measurements have found that indoor air temperature and humidity are within acceptable ASHRAE limits.
